Keeping Control

Take control of your spending by setting limits that help you manage your budget effectively. These limits ensure you can enjoy Betano’s services responsibly while avoiding financial strain. You can manage your limits through Player Protection section in your account. Please don't hesitate to contact Customer Service if you ever need any assistance.

Deposit Limits

Deposit limits must be set upon account creation. Once activated, the limit remains in effect for your chosen time frame (day, week, or month) and automatically resets at the end of that period.

If you wish to increase your deposit limit, the change will take effect after a mandatory 72-hour waiting period and reconfirmation by the customer. Reductions, however, take effect immediately.

Loss Limits

Protect yourself from excessive losses by setting daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. This tool ensures you can enjoy gaming responsibly without turning fun into regret.

These limits cap the maximum amount of money you’re willing to lose during your chosen time frame and reset automatically once the period ends.

Loss limits are based on the actual real money you’ve deposited. For example, if you set a loss limit of 100, deposit 100, then turn it into 300 and lose 150, you haven’t reached your loss limit yet because you’re still up by 50 — you haven't lost any of your initial deposit.

Increasing your loss limit requires a 72-hour waiting period, while reductions take effect immediately.

Withdrawal Cancellation Blocking

Avoid second-guessing your decisions with the "Withdrawal Cancellation Blocking" feature. By activating this tool, you ensure that once a withdrawal is requested, it cannot be cancelled, promoting better financial discipline.

Deactivating it requires a 72-hour waiting period before the change takes effect.

Betting Time Limit

Manage your gaming habits by setting a daily limit on the number of hours you can spend placing bets. This tool allows you to set a time restriction (1 to 23 hours) for the next 24-hour period, applying across all products.

Once your limit is reached, you’ll receive a notification, and no new bets will be accepted until the 24-hour period resets. Requests to reduce your limit take effect immediately, while increases or removals require a 72-hour waiting period before becoming active.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel the need to take a break from gaming, self-exclusion is a powerful tool to help you regain control. Through self-exclusion, you can block access to your account for a period of your choosing, in days, weeks, or months. This option is ideal for players who recognize it’s time to step back and prioritize their well-being.

Self-exclusion is a key part of our commitment to responsible gaming. At Betano, the health and safety of our players are our top priority, and self-exclusion provides an effective way for you to take a break from gaming without the ability to engage in gambling activities.

During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to deposit or participate in any gaming activities. However, withdrawals will still be allowed. If you wish to revoke your self-exclusion before the end of the period, you must provide a clear explanation for the request, and revocation will take effect after a mandatory 72-hour waiting period.

Our aim is to support you in making informed and responsible decisions about your gaming experience, ensuring that you can step back safely and also receive any help and assistance you may need.

You can activate self-exclusion through the Player Protection section of your account. If you need any assistance, please contact our Customer Service. We are here to support you in having a safer and more controlled gaming experience.

Stay social

Gamble for fun and meet your friends or family no less than you would if you were not gambling. We surely do try our best to take good care of you, but no one knows you like your own loved ones. Do not alienate yourself from them for the sake of gambling.

Do not play while intoxicated

Gambling is to be practiced with calm and controlled decisions and any intoxication will decrease your ability to make reasonable ones. Use our RG tools to make sure that you can take a break before taking part in any intoxicating activity, to avoid uncontrolled losses.

Play responsibly and make sure that you understand what that means

If you think that you have a strategy that helps you win, think twice, as gambling is intended to be used as a pastime activity...and that’s about it. Feeling lucky? Or won something? That is great! But don’t quit your job just yet, gambling involves winning and losing, so make sure to keep it a game!
